Is TickleTux Hangman ready for general use ?
Yes, but be aware it's still in beta.
Are binary/compiled versions available ?
Yes. Compiled binaries are available for Windows and Linux (Statically linked), note however that the binaries may not always be up to date with the source releases.
Get the binaries from the sourceforge download page.
What language is TickleTux Hangman written in ?
Tcl/Tk (version 8.3, No extensions)
What other software was used to write TickleTux Hangman ?
Initially Paint Shop Pro was used for the graphics and Window's notepad & vim for coding. Due to problems with end-of-line codes in Window's notepad I've now switched to the GPLed TCL Developer Studio. The current default skin was made using GIMP.
